Rental Services

In addition to our full management services, we offer a rental service to aid you in renting your unit.

Advertising on our Free Rental List
Your only cost for advertising on our free rental list is a nominal $100.00 per unit.

Rental List and Showing
In addition to just listing your unit, if you wish us to show it, run a credit check, and lease it for you, your cost is only $600.00 per unit. ($100 up front for rental listing and $500.00 to be paid upon rental.)

In both cases above, unit will stay on the list until rented or for a maximum of two months whichever comes first.
